may first ask you to verify your identity before processing your request. Once verification is complete, we will
respond within fifteen business days.
5.11 Auto-Launch or Associated Launch Information
Push Notifications: To ensure the app can properly receive client-side push broadcast messages while it is closed or
running in the background, the app must use the "auto-launch" capability. This involves periodically sending
broadcast signals through the system to wake up the app. Auto-launch or associated launch behavior is necessary to
implement the app's functions and services. When you open content-based push notifications, the app will redirect to
the relevant content only after obtaining your explicit consent.Associated launch will not occur without your
consent. Download-related: When you download files within this app (such as in-app version update notifications),
the app processes HTTP connections based on the download status and monitors changes in connection status as well as
system reboots to ensure that each download task is completed successfully. This is particularly important when the
download needs to continue in the background after the user switches to a different app (which may trigger the
automatic startup of background processes), and when the APK file is retrieved for installation after the download
task is successfully completed. Widgets:This app supports desktop widgets. The widget feature requires listening for
and receiving system broadcasts (android.appwidget.action.APPWIDGET_UPDATE). This broadcast is the system's refresh
broadcast for desktop widgets, and whether a refresh occurs is determined by the system. If you use this app's
desktop widget feature, the app must utilize its auto-start capability to wake up widget-related services
(including, but not limited to, widget data updates) by receiving system broadcasts.
In principle, we do not charge fees for reasonable requests; however, for repeated requests that exceed reasonable
limits, we may charge a fee to cover costs on a case-by-case basis. We may refuse requests that are groundless and
repetitive, require excessive technical resources (e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally altering existing
practices), pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical.

mode or running in the background. We have no control over the background data collection activities of third-party

information, financial accounts, location history, as well as the personal information of minors under the age of
fourteen.

Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies, such as desktop computers, tablets, or smartphones.

install and run the Mibro Audio SDK (such as hardware model, operating system version and system status, device
configuration, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI),
Media Access Control (MAC) address, Advertising Identifier (IDFA), Vendor Identifier (IDFV), Mobile Equipment
Identifier (MEID),Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID), Integrated Circuit Card Identifier (ICCID), Android ID,

thereby extending web-based client/server applications by adding simple, persistent client-side state. When a server
returns an HTTP object to a client, it also sends a status message, which is saved by the client. This status

within that range will return the current value of this status message from the client to the server; this status
message is referred to as a cookie.
